The PAK'nSAVE Christmas Club is managed by Foodstuffs Christmas Club Ltd (FCCL). It operates stores in the Upper North Island areas of Northland, Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Gisborne only.
PAK'nSAVE Christmas Club is a facility which allows you to make pre payments to a Christmas Club account to purchase product from PAK'nSAVE stores.
You can use the PAK'nSAVE Christmas Club Card to top up your account or redeem your account at any PAK'nSAVE store nationally. You can also register your card and top up your account using direct debit or automatic payment facilities through your bank.
The Christmas Club Year commences on the 1st of December each year and concludes on 30th November of the following year. You can join the scheme anytime during this period by simply depositing at least $5 in your CC account at any PAK'nSAVE store, or by setting up a direct debit or automatic payment.
Participating in the PAK'nSAVE Christmas Club makes you eligible for a bonus which will increase the value of your pre-payment.
The bonus eligibility is as follows:

* Bonuses will be calculated as a proportionate percentage of the paid amount.
** Bonus and redemption conditions are set out in clauses 7-13 below.
Bonus and Redemption
Bonus will be credited at the conclusion of the Christmas Club Year. For example for amounts deposited between 1st December this year and 30th November next year, bonus will be credited on 1st December next year and can be redeemed any time after that.
No further bonus will be applied to funds unredeemed from the previous Christmas Club Year.
Amount deposited and bonus cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash and can only be redeemed in the form of goods purchased from any PAK'nSAVE store.
You can redeem the amounts you have deposited from your Christmas Club account at anytime during the year in the form of goods purchased from any PAK'nSAVE store. Any amounts deposited and redeemed during the same Christmas Club Year are not eligible for bonus.
The minimum amount which can be deposited is $5. The maximum amount which can be deposited is $2000. The limit per card is $2,000 excluding bonus.
If you exceed the $2000 on any card, you will be issued with a new card for any balance over $2000.
The amount you have deposited and the bonus will be redeemed in the order in which the amount was deposited into the account or credited to you by way of bonus.
Your card is very valuable and you must keep it secure at all times. You are entirely responsible for your card and FCCL will not be responsible for any unauthorised use of your card, nor will you be reimbursed for any financial loss that you might incur.

Registering your card will provide the following benefits:
Added security for your card if it's lost or stolen.
Ability to change your security PIN
Invitation to Christmas Club in store activities where applicable
See your transactions history on-line or through our 0800 help line
Pay into your account via Direct Debit or Automatic Payment
Loss of Card
If you have registered your card, you have the ability to deactivate if it is lost. You must immediately on identifying the loss of your card, contact 0800 PAKNSAVE (0800 725 672) to notify the loss. Any unauthorised use of your card up to the point of reporting to FCCL is not the responsibility of FCCL, however any further loss is prevented by deactivation. FCCL will then send you a replacement card.
The first replacement of a registered card will be at no cost to you, However there may be an administration charge for any subsequent replacement.
If you have registered your card and there are changes to your contact details you must let FCCL know. If you do not do so and this results in a loss to you, FCCL will not be held liable for the same.
Your account will be deemed inactive if you do not top up or redeem from your Christmas Club account for a period exceeding 24 months.
If your account is deemed to be inactive, the card will expire and the balance in the account will become the property of FCCL.
Use of the card or registration of your account as per clause 15 of these terms and conditions will result in you accepting the terms and conditions of this offer.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. Changes will be made by posting them on the website www.paknsavechristmas.co.nz and it is your responsibility to check the website for changes. FCCL will not inform PAK'nSAVE CC customers individually.
The PAK'nSAVE CC may be suspended or cancelled at any time, in which case all rights under these terms will cease. It will be the endeavour of FCCL to give you advance notice of the suspension or cancellation by posting them on www.paknsavechristmas.co.nz or by otherwise notifying you.
In the event of PAK'nSAVE CC being suspended or cancelled, unused balances in your PAK'nSAVE CC account are not refundable or transferable but may be redeemed for goods purchased within 12 months of any suspension or cancellation.
